By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website. Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a service on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. In order to make a transaction with www.sailing-santorini.com client must possess a valid credit card or debit card or prepaid card issued by a bank acceptable to us (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement of your payment and will constitute acceptance of your order. We send you a confirmation by e-mail along with the Voucher of your tour and further information regarding the exact meeting point and time.
(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any services which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Methods of payment

www.sailing-santorini.com requests the 30% of the full amount of the reservation. www.sailing-santorini.com has the right to request a higher or lower percentage of down payments or even to request the full prepayment of reservation, depending on the tour or the conditions that have been agreed with the buyer. This amount could be paid on all major credit cards.
Cancellation – change of reservation policy

For all cancelations or changes we require having email notification at reservations@sailing-santorini.com

For semi private – shared tours.

Cancellations that will be placed at least 24hours prior departure www.sailing-santorini.com offers 100% refund of the down/full payment. For changes that will be placed at least 24hours prior departure there is no extra fees but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour then a full refund is applied.

For cancellations or changes within 23 hours prior departure a 30% of the total cost of the tour is charged as cancellation fees.
For private tours. Cancellations that will be placed at least 72hours prior departure www.sailing-santorini.com offers 100% refund of the down/full payment. For changes that will be placed at least 72hours prior departure there is no extra fees but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour then a full refund is applied. For cancellations or changes within 71 hours prior departure a 30% of the total cost of the tour is charged as cancellation fees. All refunds are placed within 48hours after client’s notice.

Cancellation that might be placed from www.sailing-santorini.com
www.sailing-santorini.com has the ability to cancel the tour due to heavy rain, extreme winds, engine or any other material damage and for any other reason in order to ensure every passengers safety. For all cancellation that will be placed from www.sailing-santorini.com a full refund of the down/payment will be placed.

Tickets Delivery
No member from www.santorini-sailing.com will request any form of ticket from our clients in order to embark in one of our vessels. Therefore, www.sailing-santorini.com does not provide or send any ticket. The reservation team sends only a voucher where all the necessary information (meeting point and time, what to bring etc) might be useful for our valued clients.

These terms apply to the entire content of this web site. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this web site. These terms of use are governed by the Greek Law. Disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Courts.
